GREG ROSS offers a 14-day return window for all items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that limited edition releases and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the quality of the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
